PolicyWheels reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or that violate these terms.
Quote requests submitted through PolicyWheels are processed by the independent brokerage and distributed to licensed carrier partners for evaluation. Submission of a quote request does not guarantee the issuance of a policy, a specific rate, or coverage approval. Final policy terms and pricing are determined by the issuing carrier.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through the platform. Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in inaccurate quotes, policy denial, or cancellation of coverage. PolicyWheels bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and interface design, is the property of PolicyWheels or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of platform content without written permission is prohibited.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PolicyWheels does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Users access and use the platform at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolicyWheels and its affiliates, officers, and service partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or any coverage obtained through it.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the registered office of the brokerage is located. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Users waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action proceeding.
PolicyWheels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform following a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
These terms represent the entire agreement between the user and PolicyWheels with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.
